My feelings about curfews

My feelings on teen curfews: Teen curfews should be at least 30 min. longer. 11:00 on weekdays are ok in a way. On weekends curfews should be 1:00am. I think that would be more appropriate for me :). Right now I really don't stay out late, because I do not have a car yet. I think it should be 1:00am because I go to the movies alot and if you go see a movie at 9:50 once you get out it's going to be about 12:00. That's the time your suppose to be home, and if you were to get pulled over on you way home you could get in alot of trouble with your parents and with the law. The first time you get pulled over you get a warning but the second time you get caught past your curfew you get a 1000 dollar fine. Curfews are for our safety but I still belive that it should be pushed back about 30 min. for our sake.

I am now 16 and in my Junior year of high school. I am the youngest of five children. I have four older brothers. Their names are (from oldest to youngest) Genard, Sherard, Lenard, and Bernard. Then theres me "Darryl", my name had to be the one to break the sequence.

Art institutes is where I plan to see my work someday. I love to draw. It's seems like I really do my best work when I'm drawing for someone who I really care about. I give away my best work. It's like when I draw for myself I don't put 100% effort into it. SCAD is where I plan to be in the near future. I think I want to attend Scad in Savanna for a year then i would like to transfer to the SCAD in the Atl (Atlanta). That's what I want to do, but plans may change. Right now I'm in the process of making a very impressive portfolio for them to review. It's hard to do when I got the tendency to give away my best work.

Wassup, my name is Darryl Cook aka y.fleeze. I am your average African American teen. I like hip-hop and r and b, but I also love all types of music too. I like to draw and write music in my spare time. My passion right now is piano. I've been playing by ear since I was about eleven, but now I think it's time that I perfected my craft. So I will begin taking lessons soon. I love basketball. I like the 76ers and my favorite player is Allen Iverson. My long-term goals right now are to graduate high school and college, and to get a job doing something that I love to do. Which is something that has to do with music or art. Many people say that I should have went to Savannah Arts Academy for my ability in music and art.
